Organic spelt farm and mill near Glastonbury, Somerset, founded by Roger Saul (founder of Mulberry). Grows and mills a range of certified organic spelt flours using traditional methods. Flours available from the farm shop on site, through nationwide stockists and via mail order. The 300-acre historic park is also a haven for wildlife.
