Founded 1987 in the scenic bays of Lochcarnan on the eastern shores of South Uist. Unique handmade kilns designed by original owner. Shop open Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–3pm (and Sundays Apr–Aug). Specialises in smoked salmon, smoked peat-cured products.
