Historic New Forest brewery (est. 1978), pioneer of the craft beer revolution, known for Old Thumper and Fortyniner. The brewery shop sells Ringwood beers in various packages up to 9-gallon casks, bottled beers from other breweries, merchandise, and beer-related gifts. (Note: CAMRA confirmed the tap room and store closed in late 2023 following the brewery closure announcement by Marston's-Carlsberg; visitors should check current status before visiting.)
