In The Welsh Wind Distillery

Small-batch spirits distillery on the West Wales coast overlooking Cardigan Bay, producing award-winning gin, vodka, rum, and Wales's own grain-to-glass single malt whisky. Open Monday to Saturday 9am–5pm. The distillery shop and gin tasting lounge welcome visitors for bespoke gin-making experiences (minimum 2, maximum 16 people). The gin lab allows visitors to operate mini copper pot stills and create their own labelled gin bottle to take home.
