The first full-scale working craft distillery in the Cotswolds, producing award-winning single malt whisky, gin, and spirits. The Still House Café (open seven days) serves locally sourced food including sharing boards, freshly made sourdough pizzas, and delicious cakes, using rare breed meat from Paddock Farm and coffee from nearby Monsoon Estates. The distillery shop stocks the full Cotswolds range plus gifts. Gin sour slushies served on the terrace (Fri–Sun). Guided tours three times daily.
