Welsh organic dairy co-operative founded in 2000. Now has 25 member farms across Wales producing approximately 20 million litres of organic milk annually. Produces Calon Wen branded milk, butter and cheese available through independent retailers nationwide. Also supplies major organic brands. Members' cows graze on clover-rich, untreated Welsh pastures. Calon Wen means 'white heart' in Welsh.
